Next Ride: February 27th
Strawberry Visitors Center
Well we had another good ride Saturday. We had 20 riders and I would like to thank Dave for a good ride. He kept us all safe even though he really wanted to take off and climb some of those steep hill sides. Thanks Dave. Everyone came back safe and with no casualties to man or machine. That's always a good day when that happens.
We had a new couple ride with us and we want to welcome Glad and Sheri Fawson and we hope you enjoyed the ride. We enjoyed having you ride with us.
I understand they also had a good Prime Rib Dinner after the ride and had a good turn out for that. Again I would like to thank Dave and Paul for organizing that and for their contributions and we hope you enjoyed the ride.
The
avalanche ride that was planned February 20th in Fairview has been canceled.
Our next club ride will be February 27th at the Strawberry Visitor Center
The club will be cooking lunch at the warming hut. See you there.
Also the next club meeting will be Tuesday March 2nd. Remember to get out there and sell those trailer raffle tickets. You still have a couple of months before the drawing. Remember the club gets half of all the sales from the tickets we sell. If you need more tickets or if you didn't get any let me know, I still have plenty available.
Over night ride to Montpelier, Idaho. I have been in contact with the people from the Clover Creek Inn in Montpelier, Idaho and they are telling me that there is plenty of snow there. She has also told me that if we want to break up into two groups they can take those who want to do some extreme riding and those of us that are not quite so adventurous they would be glad to do that. So hurry and make your reservations. It should be a great time!
